Parliamentary Role
Kenneth serves as a Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP) in Singapore. The NMP scheme provides for the appointment of non-partisan members to Parliament to ensure that a diversity of independent and non-political views are represented in Singapore's legislature.
As an NMP, Kenneth contributes to parliamentary debates drawing on his expertise in organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship, innovation, sport governance, and social impact. He brings an evidence-based, non-partisan perspective to legislative discussions on education, workforce development, sport policy, and sustainability.
His parliamentary work is complemented by an active record of public commentary in Singapore's leading newspapers, where he has written on education reform, elite sport, workforce inclusivity, and sustainability — issues that sit at the intersection of his academic research and civic commitments.
